About Us
MCM design group was started to offer quality design services to businesses, entrepreneurs, brokers, contractors and even families across the state of texas. Maritza brings experience in both commercial and residential architecture & interior design. We’re comfortable designing any size project from interior finish-outs to new ground-up building construction. Our job is always to minimize the amount of stress that comes with the long process of bringing a building to fruition.
We understand that design can be overwhelming to those that are not familiar with the intricacies of the industry. We will try our best to explain our process and outline how it aligns with industry standards. Each project is unique in its own ways but they are all a constant juggle of schedule, budget, and aesthetics. Our priority will be to select the right group of consulting engineers, and even contractors (when appropriate) to produce a successful project.
Fundamentally, we believe the success in our work comes down to our relationships and the expertise we can bring to the table. If you feel this is the type of relationship that could work well for you, please reach out. It all starts with a chat…
